Dr. Diana Turkal received her Bachelors in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience at Stony Brook University in 2014. She received her DVM from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. She then completed a Small Animal Emergency and Specialty Internship at Alameda East Veterinary Hospital in Denver. She recently completed surgical training at WVC in Las Vegas.

Dr. Turkal wanted to be a veterinarian since she was five years old. Her main interests include emergency and feline medicine. She also loves to volunteer at organizations that provide low-cost veterinary care for communities in need. She has previously done work with the Humane Society of Boulder Valley in Colorado, Humane Alliance in North Carolina, People for Animals Spay/Neuter Clinic in New Jersey, RAVS in South Dakota, as well as FARVets Wellness and Sterilization Clinic in Belize. Her hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, and traveling.
